We describe a discovery loop with the human taken off the critical path: a model proposes catalyst candidates, an autonomous lab synthesises and characterises them, and the measurements retrain the proposer.
Over a multi-week campaign the loop identified several promising catalysts, with each cycle sharpening the model's search.
